Rented AccommodationThe Cryals Estate offers a beautiful and diverse choice of rented accommodation, from period barn conversions to typical Kentish farm cottages. Our properties are available to rent on a 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, but we encourage residents to stay for as long as they wish. The properties enjoy access to the 120 acre estate and are all located in the heart of our working fruit farm. All of our properties have central heating and low maintenance gardens of varying sizes. The farm itself is also open to residents as a fully maintained orchard garden, perfect for long walks, picnics and bike rides. Should you be interested in renting any of the properties contact us, find out more information below or jump straight to the photos. Our homesAll of our homes are situated in the grounds of our beautiful working apple farm, looking out over the surrounding countryside with views stretching to the villages of Matfield, Brenchley, Horsmonden and Goudhurst, yet within 10 minutes easy drive of Tunbridge Wells and Paddock Wood.
